The entry-level Computer Applications Programmer assists in developing and maintaining small software systems or modules of larger systems.
REQUIRED: Work independently and in a team environment to develop, test and debug web and/or client-server applications on Windows platforms. Strong analytical skills, initiative, ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks. Applications development using Microsoft .Net (VB.Net or C#), HTML, XML and MS SQL Server. Experience with automated change control and structured application development methodology is also desirable.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE: Determines requirements and prepares system requirements specifications (SRS) in addition to other related documentation as required by the System Development Methodology (SDM) to reflect clients' business needs. Experience with SQL coding and application performance tuning skills.
