Position Information
The Guest Services Specialist Team Leader works with the Heart Center Inn Supervisor to facilitate the daily operations of the Inn. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Supervisor regarding training, scheduling for Guest Services Specialists, documentation of operational needs and problems, facilitation of communication from the Supervisor to the Guest Services Specialists, and other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Experience Requirements
:
One year of experience in hotel management or three years experience in a customer service related environment. One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Education Requirements
:
Associates degree in hotel/hospitality management or similar field required. Bachelors degree preferred.
