Position Information
Position assists the unit manager in supervision, coordination, education, and management of technical and nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the performance of procedure related services on the assigned unit. The Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of Cardiovascular services.
Experience Requirements
:
A minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical setting including clinical practice directly related to area of speciality. Experience in management preferred. Special courses in conducting teaching/learning experience.
Education Requirements
:
Graduate of an accredited school of Peripheral Vascular
Ultrasound, Cardiac Ultrasound or Nursing. Bachelor's degree in speciality area preferred.
Licensure/Certification Requirements
:
Current ARDMS Registry as RVT, RCS, RDCS or RN in the state of North Carolina with no substantiated findings. Certified as an AHA/CPR instructor as required by Manager.
Hours of Work
:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
