Job Description
This position’s primary responsibilities include weighing and processing sales of crushed stone at the plant. Weighs each loaded vehicle and prepares delivery ticket with all pertinent information to assure proper billing and accounting of product sold. Maintains cash fund to allow for making proper change for customer. Maintains a good relationship with customers and assists them by providing accurate product price and use information. Subsequently the candidate will assists in functions of the office including the Plant Management System and payroll.

This position is also responsible for maintaining consistent and accurate records initiated at the plant level and meets reporting requirements in a timely manner. Maintains all general plant information and employee personnel files and performs the general day-to-day clerical support functions. Responsible for processing procurement purchases with proper accounting codes in a timely manner. Responsible person must be able to work independently with little supervision.

Required Skills
Must have knowledge of company products, prices, and uses. Must have general knowledge of accounting procedures. Must be able to operate computerized scale system.
