Your Responsibilities:
*Profile the manufacturing business from multiple dimensions including financial and performance viewpoints
*Financial Analysis of P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, multiple key Financial Ratios and statistics
*Performance analysis of products, brands, market segments, sales channels and selling modes for divisions within the Lightolier Group
*Support of monthly financial reports for the division including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and other Statistical items.
*Support the AOP process
*Support the Rolling Forecast process
*Project identification and management to support the division and group finance teams
*Process improvement to support the division and group finance teams


Your Profile:
*Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
* 4-7 yrs total experience  (1-2 in accounting  & 2-5 in financial analyst)
*Experience with business planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for multi-site manufacturing environment.
*Demonstrated analytical ability, including ratio analysis, ad hoc reviews and hypothetical analysis
*Experience with building or improving processes
*Ability to communicate well with division controllers, local finance teams and global finance teams
*Demonstrated critical thinking ability on ways to help business improve bottom line financials
*Strong systems background (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
*Strong Microsoft Office background - Excel, Access & Powerpoint
