Oral Healthcare Customer Marketing Department


Your Responsibilities:
Reports to the Director of Marketing.  Responsible for achieving Dental Professional sales, profit, and patient recommendation objectives for U.S. and Canada.  Develop and execute Dental Professional marketing strategy encompassing marketing to dental professionals and their patients via advertising, promotions, trade shows, materials for the Dental Professional sales force, and professional education/relations team.  Act as professional marketing liaison with Sales and with the Global Business Unit. Work with external agencies to develop marketing programs, identify, assess the need for collateral and sales materials, produce project briefs, facilitate development and internal approvals, updates and revisions. Responsible for all stages of execution.  Lead multi-functional teams and agencies to deliver results on assigned high priority projects. Measure results, follow up on initial product implementation, gain feedback and make modifications according to need. Attend focus groups in order to gain insight into dental professionals and the state of the business. Work with Marketing Research to provide strategic direction and market research objectives to guide market research initiatives. Initiate and coordinate targeted and strategic direct mail to professionals on behalf of professional marketing. Responsible for providing direction and content for Professional portion of website, and program/promotion updates to keep site current and encourage purchase and repeat contact.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA degree; have a minimum 5 years of relevant business experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong strategic competency, able to lead multifunctional teams and strong relationship skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Able to conduct effective business meetings. Strong presentation skills. Track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth, independent environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills. Health/Dental industry and professional experience a plus.
