Position Description FOR FUTURE CONSIDERATION. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS OF COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. We are looking for experienced construction project managers, for our Vancouver Lower Mainland operations. Successful candidates will have managed the construction of commercial buildings of all sizes, particularly those complicated in scope.
Position Requirements Our project managers provide overall administrative direction for one large project or several smaller projects. They are responsible for project performance including: costs, schedule, quality and project status. It is essential that they establish and maintain excellent relationships with trade contractors, architects, consultants and our clients. Other responsibilities essential to this position include: Assisting the project superintendent to establish and maintain our strong safety culture and environmental programs. Ensuring comprehensive project close-out. Efficiently managing project meetings. Being a mentor and coach to junior project staff.
