Position Description
We are looking for administrative staff to join our Toronto district team. Our administrative staffs provide administrative support to one or more people of a project team or department.

Position Requirements
Responsibilities essential to this position include:

• Sending/receiving/distributing faxes and other important documents.
• Performing all word processing requirements (minutes, letters, memos, monthly reports, etc.).
• Arranging details for meetings (room bookings, catering, teleconference, invitations).
• Booking travel arrangements (air, hotel, auto).
• Photocopying as required, including blueprint copying.
• Organizing and ordering stationery supplies, toner, etc.
• Creating/maintaining spreadsheets.
• Maintaining/updating distribution lists, phone lists and other PCL databases.
• Attending meetings and taking minutes.
• Answering phones and taking messages for department members.
