Position Description We are looking for individuals who are in the early stages of their estimating career and have previous experience in commercial construction projects.
Position Requirements Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:-Demostrated understanding of civil engineering and construction management processes-Sound experience assisting in obtaining scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors, submitting tenders and closing bids-Ability to calculate precise estimates-Knowledge of cost control techniques and material pricing-Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including computerized estimating systems-Good planning and time management skills -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
