We are looking for new graduates from a university or a technical institution (with an engineering or construction management focus), who have a particular interest, or love of construction. It is our wish that most new graduates get first-hand experience in construction...that means you'd most likely be working on an active construction site and learning what it takes to build a structure. Position Requirements
Position Requirements Field engineers/coordinators work with superintendents and project managers on construction sites. Some of the major responsibilities of this position are:

• Assisting in implementing and monitoring the quality control, safety and environment programs
• Quantity survey, quantity review and system input
• Surveying and layout preparation
• Site inspections and liaising with trade contractors
• Set up and maintenance of control logs (ie. RFIs, shop drawings, as-built drawings, etc.)
• Coordinating and assisting in information distribution to trade contractors
• Assisting with inventory and warehousing of materials
• Producing and logging of photographic records
• Assisting with reporting of labor and costs
