Position Description
We are looking for experienced civil construction superintendents. The successful candidate will manage all field construction on a small to large project or may direct an area of a major project, reporting to a general superintendent. Responsible for all field aspects of the project's budget, schedule and general performance, the candidate will be a key team member on an exciting project.

Position Requirements
Major responsibilities include:
• Manages and provides leadership for safety and environmental programs.
• Supervises and mentors field personnel.
• Monitors job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity.
• Organizes and coordinates all subcontractor activities.
• Implements and monitors the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics.
• Completes field administration: timesheets, quantity reports, purchases and the job diaries.
• Coordinates all manpower, materials and equipment.

Proven experience in civil construction such as self performed cast-in-place concrete work, road building, earthwork, bridges, underground utilities and retaining walls is required.
