Position Description We are looking for Superintendents to manage all field construction on a small to large project, or may direct an area of a major project. This position reports to the Construction Manager or the General Superintendent and is responsible for all field aspects of the projects budget, schedule and general performance.Major responsibilities include:• Manages and provides leadership for safety and environmental programs.• Monitors job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity.• Organizes and coordinates all subcontractor activities.• Supervises and mentors field personnel.• Implements and monitors the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics.• Completes field administration: timesheets, quantity reports, purchases and the job diaries.• Coordinates all manpower, materials and equipment.PCL Constructors Canada Inc. is part of the PCL family of companies.
