Job Summary
PCL Constructors Canada is currently seeking a Project Manager for Special Projects in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The person we're looking for has managed the construction of commercial buildings of all sizes, particularly those complicated in scope, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.

Responsibilities
Our project managers provide overall administrative direction for one large project or several smaller projects. They are responsible for project performance including: costs, schedule, quality and project status. It is essential that they establish and maintain excellent relationships with trade contractors, architects, consultants and our clients.

Other responsibilities essential to this position include:
• ensuring comprehensive project close-out
• efficiently managing project meetings
• management of change orders
• being a mentor and coach to junior project staff

• Demonstrates strong Communication & Leadership skills 
• Forecasting/Costing experience
• Experience with Contracts
