Main focus is to provide support to manufacturing in terms of low yield disposition, yield improvement and safe launch of new products introduction. Collaborates with Product and Test Engineering in resolving potential manufacturing issues.
 

- BS EE or ECE degree or at least 5 years of equivalent / related work eith strong analytical and communication skills.  Adept with mixed-signal test methodology. Working ATE knowledge (operation & debug tools) preferably on Teradyne MicroFlex, TMT-1000, SZ3650 or Catalyst.
Knowledge in Teradyne IG-XL, VB, C, C++ programming languages
Passion to excel in the art and science of test development engineering
Familiarity with ATE architecture and/or hardware design is a distinct advantage.
