Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for providing consultation, education, research, and administration for the management of patient and staff in his/her area of clinical practice.  This position requires interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies, practices, and subject areas within the area of clinical practice.  Work situations are frequently non-routine requiring analysis and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision making.  Major decisions are subject to the review and approval of the Associate Administrator.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum three years previous RN experience in a specialty area including Charge Nurse, Management, Nurse Educator or CNS experience.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Current WA State RN License. Master's degree in Nursing.  Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license desirable.

Additional Information

Cardiovascular Surgery Program Development experience, Ventricular Assist Device and Destination Therapy experience required.
