Position Summary:
This individual provides a treatment program for those clients whose ability to comprehend, articulate or communicate has been impaired by the developmental process, disease, or injury.  He/She evaluates, establishes treatment plans, performs speech pathology treatments and documents client progress.  This is a professional-level exempt position operating independently.  Work situations are varied and require initiative, analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:
Home health or hospice Speech Language Pathologist experience preferred.  Experience with geriatrics and disabled adults required.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology required.  Licensed as a Speech/Language Pathologist in WA State.  CPR required.
