Position Summary:
This position is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy services for both in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy by a physician. Care is performed according to the Occupational Therapy Practice Act, organization and department policies and procedures. Develops treatment plans to include appropriate treatment in function, activities of daily living, sensory motor, cognitive perceptual, pre-vocational, patient, and care giver education, recreational and/or social activities designed to help patients and family functioning in their daily lives.

Minimum Requirements:
One year previous experience in occupational therapy preferred.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited four-year school of Occupational Therapy, licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington.

Additional Information

on-call for weekend and possible weekday coverage
