Position Summary:
This position provides occupational therapy services in the patient's private home to facilitate rehabilitation of physically, mentally, or developmentally disabled patients. Performs care under the direction of the licensed occupational therapist, according to the Occupational Therapy Practice Act and organizational policies and procedures.  This position works under the supervision of an occupational therapist.  Work situations are of a routine nature but vary from day to day.  This position requires a service-oriented individual, the use of discretion and good judgement, and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:
One (1) year applicable COTA experience required, and experience with geriatric and disable adults and/or Medicare home health or long term care experience preferred.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Associates Degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited OTA school, licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Washington.- Possession of a valid CPR card.  AIDs training completed.  Have and maintain current valid WA drivers license.  Have and maintain current required vehicle insurance. Have and maintain reliable vehicle.
