PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Sloan School of Management-Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, to conceive and develop programs, events, and projects that promote entrepreneurship at MIT. Will contribute to the center’s role as a pioneer of entrepreneurship education by creating, strengthening, and diversifying on-campus entrepreneurship programs, events, and projects; provide guidance to student entrepreneurship clubs and councils; engage external stakeholders in the MIT ecosystem through speaker series and other events; liaise with experienced student entrepreneurs and the center’s entrepreneurs in residence to provide advice to first-time student entrepreneurs; publicize programs, events, and projects to students and answer inquiries about center resources; and contribute to the positive image of entrepreneurship at MIT generally and the Martin Trust Center specifically.
REQUIRED: a bachelor’s degree; three years of work experience; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to set goals, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; strong organizational and project management skills; acute attention to detail; ability to create processes that systematize solutions to open-ended challenges; superior interpersonal skills; ability and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to facilitate and enable the work of others; ability to work with faculty, administrators, students, and visitors; and solid technical skills.
