Position Description Eight week structured training program designed to provide an HR Generalist with the skills and experience necessary to successfully oversee and manage the HR function in a Lowe's retail location. During the program the trainee will be responsible for successfully completing workbook activities, eLearning, application exercises and exams to qualify for graduation.
Position Requirements To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of three years combined experience which could include: Secondary education in an HR discipline and/or HR Generalist work experience and/or PHR certification (equivalent to 1 year). Candidate must be flexible regarding relocation.
