Person manage all aspects of master data, reporting and National Account administrative fee accounting accruals and payments in an efficient and effective manner.  Interface with business leaders in the development of optimized tools to enhance reporting, data quality effectiveness and process efficiencies.  Comply with all business/customer/supplier/legal laws, policies, procedures and contractual requirements.

 Essential Functions:

Manage all aspects of master data based on global and local requirements in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with business/customer/legal laws, policies, procedures and contractual requirements.


Evaluate, recommend, implement, maintain and execute reporting and accounting related tasks as defined by Finance. Reporting includes; but not limited to, national account administrative fees, strategic national account hierarchy financial results, maintenance blocked billing, national account receivables and billing.


 Generate, control and manage all aspects of monthly service contract escalation reporting, update escalation tables based on decisions and delivery of customer letters. Interface with business leaders as required based on change management initiatives to maximize revenue recognition and data quality.


 Extract, receive, evaluate and execute other quality control tasks based on scope of responsibility in accordance to business policies and procedures; including but not limited to, freight allocation invoicing and expiring special billing rate procedures.


 Liaison with Americas Units and Shared Service Center (SSC) to resolve discrepancies, provide training and support as directed, acting as the first point of contact between the units and SSC to ensure complete, timely and accurate flow of documentation and communication to optimize productivity and organizational effectiveness.


 Assist in activities related to receiving, loading and validating master data associated to Americas Acquisitions, National Account new contract/renegotiated maintenance contract loads and provide support to fulfill a smooth transition.


 Additional responsibilities as assigned.




  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in finance,  quality, reporting and/or data management



  • Associates degree in a relevant field (business, marketing or finance) or equivalent experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English





  • Strong analysis & problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to professionally

  • interact and build relationships with colleagues and KONE customers

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and work in cross-functional teams

  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft software applications including SAP

  • Strict attention to procedures and guidelines

  • Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement of business processes

  • Strong organizational skills with the willingness and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Flexible work schedule (work schedule may fluctuate based on area of responsibility and scope of responsibilities)

  • Good understanding of KONE processes preferred

  • Willingness to adapt to business changes and accept additional responsibilities as performance or process warrants
