Position Description
Provide strategic direction and leadership to increase eMarketing innovation – driving measurable value for King’s US commercial operations – in compliance with applicable regulatory and legal policies and laws. Enhance sales & marketing programs (specialty and hospital) with physicians, managed markets and consumers by helping teams identify and engage in new models, platforms or technologies; prioritize and lead adoption of new commercial approaches that enhance customer experiences and drive revenue in cost-effective ways; partner with brand teams, sales, managed markets, finance, medical, regulatory, legal and public relations, to help ensure that eMarketing innovation is recognized not as a department, but as a shared and vital component to sustaining and growing King Pharmaceuticals.

Essential Skills
•Strong knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical marketing and emerging commercial technologies; deep subject-matter expertise on best-practices, leading vendors and solutions, and new marketing, sales and communication models evolving in pharmaceutical industry.
•Understanding of sales and marketing accountabilities, and comfort and experience working in “influence without authority” capacity to drive eMarketing innovation into culture, processes, and to enhance relationships with customers.
•Experience with all areas of pharmaceutical marketing mix including medical education, public relations, managed markets, patient initiatives, professional initiatives, and direct-to-consumer advertising.
