Our mission at Bimbo Bakeries USA is to develop the value of our brands.The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales of Brownberry, Arnold, Thomas, Boboli and Entenmann's products in major key accounts. This individual will be responsible for Route Sales Representative employees and Independent Operators. The Manager will communicate with RSRs, store managers and Independent Operators in selling all Bimbo products, and he/she will be responsible for implementing the established sales plans and sales displays to all major accounts as well as participating in all functions of the successful sales growth of all brands. This individual will work directly with the RSRs and Independent Operators ensuring that the sales and promotional plans are executed. The Manager will also present business reviews and sales results to senior management and major Key Customer accounts.
Position Requirements --3-5 years’ experience in DSD, retail grocery or related consumer products sales management preferred--Excellent selling, communication and organizational skills--Solid grocery industry contacts at the retail and headquarters management level is a plus--Proficiency in Word and ExcelBimbo Bakeries USA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer M/F/D/V
