Opportunities for motivated, ambitious, career-minded, service-focused individuals exist in Auto Claims. Our Auto Physical Damage Claims Representatives will:
o Investigate, determine liability, confirm coverage, establish damages and negotiate the settlement of claims within an assigned territory
o Conduct field inspections of vehicles at body shops, tow yards, and residences
o Work closely with policyholders, claimants, agents, and auto body shop professionals
o Use the latest technology, including a laptop and digital camera, as well as a company car to provide great service in a fast-paced, flexible, paperless environment – where you’re not chained to a desk!
Candidates must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a company paid 3 week off-site training course in Los Angeles, CA.
Candidates MUST possess the following:
o Four-year college degree OR automotive-related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; OR two years working as a Manager, Assistant Manager, or Lead Estimator in an auto body shop repair facility
o Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
o Valid driver's license
o Computer proficiency
A minimum of 1-year experience in claims adjusting or in a customer service based position is preferred. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!

Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment, but with exposure to some or all of the following environments when in the field: Uncontrolled outside environmental conditions Excessive Noise Levels Chemicals Chemical/Biological Conditions Moving Mechanical Parts Areas considered to be dangerous Conditions, which could affect the respiratory system or skin such as: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, oils, smoke, soot, or poor ventilation.
Education Requirements
Four-year college degree or an automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college, or the experience described below. Outside insurance education, e.g., CPCU or GCA is preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of one year of prior claims or two years of related industry experience preferred.
Special Skills Requirements
Communication Personal Computer Literate Valid driver's license Bondable Note: May work non-traditional schedule.
