Position Description
Primary responsibility must be to serve as the architecture technical subject matter expert in the use of key technologies and applications design.
Position Requirements
-Production performance support - e.g. optimizing VISTA batch runtimes to meet availability SLA's, online performance tuning for Internet Quote, Documentum database tuning, DRC MIdday quote optimization, APS - PLCS interface performance.
-Creating/maintaining standards and architecture documentation - e.g. Global System Architecture document (GSAD) and Technology Framework.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience Requirements
-Senior member of the Architecture team. Taking lead role in the formal architecture/design reviews for major IT projects
-Database design support working with DBA’s – e.g. CIH logical data modeling and physical DB design.
-Performance testing support working with Performance team for critical components of release, etc.
Special Skills Requirements
-Provide subject matter expertise in multiple advanced technology areas.
-8 years experience in systems development projects inlcuding use of the key technologies including 5 years experience in the evaluation and deployment of advanced technology.
