Position Description
Work within a Data Center and Application teams to ensure high availability of Middleware environment, particularly IBM MQ and Websphere Application servers, with significant business or IT impact, handling all installations, incidents, data analysis, and security, performance, and standards compliance issues.
Position Requirements
-Consult with Business Analysts and users to define business requirements and objectives.
-Evaluate development alternatives for a component-based
-May supervise or work with the Application Technical Designer in prototyping technical solutions to business needs.
-Coordinate the development and maintenance of components with the component development team (subcontractor).
-Research new technologies and make recommendations with respect to their applicability or integration with existing architecture.
