Position Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales person to boost the circulation business, through the sale of corporate sponsorship to our Dow Jones education programs. The suitable candidate will be responsible for selling sponsorship to the leading regional multi-national and Asia companies, incorporating and encouraging newspaper distribution to university campuses, and developing qualitative and quantitative measures of success for client renewal.
Position Requirements The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or above; 2-3 years prior experience in sales and experience selling to senior management at the leading companies in Asia. He/she must have a good knowledge of tertiary education, experience in presenting face to face, and possess a strong sales record in the publishing industry, preferably financial publishing. We seek a highly motivated team player with strong initiative, creativity, communication skills and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin a distinct advantage.
