•Manage multiple projects by planning, directing, facilitating and coordinating activities to ensure project goals are accomplished on time, within budget and with optimum quality.
•Work with leadership team on establishing manufacturing footprint strategy globally to support strategic initiatives. These activities would include global sourcing strategies, capacity analysis, utilization analysis, asset redeployment and supplier development activities.
•Manage cost via responsible estimating techniques, budgeting processes and tracking/acting upon cost variances.
•Manage risk by identifying potential risk events and planning accordingly.
•Manage contracts by understanding and following contract/procurement processes, resolving disputes and demanding performance.
•Manage communication and expectations both inside and outside the project team, including appropriate reporting.
•Manage all project issues to closure and drive creative issued-resolution documented on issues log.
•Support plants globally on critical projects associated with quality, production, materials, customer relations.
