In order to strengthen Citrix’ ties with their key partners and identify new potential partners delivering Citrix Application Delivery Messaging; Citrix is looking for a dedicated Reseller Manager (RM).

Citrix products and offering in the Application Delivery space are an integral component to our partners combined with portfolio to the market. The RM will be responsible for a number of Citrix key partners. The RM needs to understand the business operations and the business model of IT resellers. The RM’s primary focus will be driving and developing business with Citrix’ network of partners and work at all levels within a channel partner from technical/sales people through to MD/CEO.
The RM has to obtain updates on and provide support for sales activities including training on Citrix products and their value proposition. In addition to securing commitment on all levels it is very important to maintain an ongoing dialogue securing the economic and business benefits for the partners working with Citrix technology.  

To be successful, the RM must be able to engage with internal and external Citrix resources to quickly access partners/customer needs and be able to present appropriate Citrix solutions to them. In this role, the
RM must possess strong commercial-, communications- and problem solving- skills as well as the ability and desire to work in an internal/external team environment.
The RM’s success as a Citrix Partner Manager will have a significant impact on Citrix ability to expand its presence in Denmark and demonstrate significant revenues.
The RM will be a part of the Citrix Nordic Region, with very enthusiastic and goal oriented colleagues and will be working out of Copenhagen. The role will require approx 10-15 travel days per year.


Main activities
• Understand and be able to communicate with the channels that are typically used for the distribution of products within the IT sector.
• Work in conjunction with the Citrix Territory Manager or Managers, Distribution Manager and Corporate Account Managers to manage most effectively the Authorised Resellers within a given territory.
• Build a business profile of all Authorised Resellers within the territory with an emphasis on the companies that play the major role in achieving the revenue goals.
• Able to plan and forecast the business from the territory weeks and months ahead with measured accuracy.
• Work actively within the Authorised Resellers to assist in the growth of sales revenue for Citrix products.
• Have a full understanding of the Thin Client Server Market and a confidence in the commercial and to a certain extent technical aspects of the Citrix product portfolio.
• Able present to an audience the concepts of our product and conduct training sessions.
• Able to drive and forecast accurately the sales cycle of small and medium sized end-user opportunities either in conjunction with the Authorised Reseller or as an individual.
• Work to involve 3rd party companies that have a related and complimentary product or technology that could aid in the success of further sales growth for Citrix products in the Authorised Reseller.
• Continue to build on the Authorised Reseller base within the territory to compliment the existing base.
