Position Description The Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. The nursing assistant is responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a client’s care.
Position Requirements WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • At least 1 year experience in home health setting or skilled nursing facility will give us confidence in your skills • Reliable transportation with insurance to make our system run smoothly • Current Colorado CNA Certificate from Board of Nursing • CPR current license (we can inform you on options for CPR if you’re not currently licensed) • In order to provide the highest quality care, we will rely on your good interpersonal skills and solid judgment about patient care • For the safety of our clients, successful candidates must submit to drug screening and background check • May be required to document annual TB screening
