Task Description:

  • He/She will work with the team to launch and manage the Signalling fraud services, partners and other related Services internally and at customer level. This includes launching tools, initiate partnerships and consultancy services;

  • He/She will prepare the global view on Signalling fraud (based on GSMA and market requirements), and translate the product and services into a Commercial and Marketing model and assist the Marketing team in all go to market strategies;

  • He/She will have a good SS7 and / or Diameter knowledge and a good understanding on the signalling business;

  • He/She will take part on GSMA initiatives and related groups to push the BICS perspective on the market;

  • He/She assists the Marketing team in gathering information on customers, markets and products, in drawing up the marketing action plan;

  • He/She will be managing a team of one or several support engineers to provide the full service;

  • He/She will be in charge of the implementation of the Signalling fraud services and the operational aspects of existing products and traces new opportunities in order to define product strategies and to manage planning and financial results;

  • He/She will assist the sales organization in their sales process (presales, RFx’s…) and assist the different teams  in targeting the markets and develop sales activities around the world;

  • He/She will be able to discuss with customers the solutions and will be able to prepare adequate responses to the customer requirements and RFx’s.


    Concretely:

  • Gathers information related to customer/markets/products in order to define product strategies for the products according to several scenarios (new opportunities, modifying product mix);

  • Positions products in the portfolio, determines the marketing mix, compares the offer of BICS with the competition and tests the concept among friendly customers in order to draw up a marketing action plan;

  • Get a global view/vision on Signalling fraud and new technologies and how they mix within BICS portfolio;

  • Initiates and manages partnerships for relevant services

  • Prepares/Implements and Creates  use cases, the commercial strategy and sales toolkit for Signalling fraud services;

  • Updates contracts, product descriptions, … and ensures availability of updated documents, organizes monthly product team meetings and improves processes with efficient team support in order to manage the operational aspects of existing products;

  • Will help Sales with RFx’s and presales activities, in close relationship with the other Product Managers. This includes travel on regular basis to customer meetings and help in defining and making the final customer proposal;

  • Organizes product review meetings to capture feedback from the field. Devise and implement action plans with other departments to enhance products value proposition, drive operational efficiency while improving customer satisfaction;

    Leads the implementation of new product features throughout the organization, following best practice in project/programme management in order to produce expected deliverables on time and within allocated budget.

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree in Telecommunication/ICT and 3 years of experience in the Telecom/ICT domain. A good understanding of Telecommunication as a whole is required;

  • You are able to manage commercial and technical aspects of the function in a fast moving and highly competitive environment;

  • You are passionate and eager to learn new technologies and new domains. Prior detailed  knowledge of existing technologies (SS7, LTE…) is  required;

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills. You are able to impact others;

  • You are result driven, perseverant. You have a strong customer focus;

  • You have good project management skills, able to do multi-tasking;

  • You collaborate well with colleagues and other departments;

    You are fluent in English.
