As a dedicated Junior Account Manager for MTN you will assist in the development and execution of strategies to ensure the optimization of Inbound traffic to MTN whilst ensuring growth of MTNs Outbound traffic whilst complying with all elements of the Joint Venture Agreement;
You will have responsibilities for the further development of MTNs portfolio including the new data solutions in the area of roaming (such as Roaming Value Added Services, Roaming Business Intelligence and Monitoring tools);
You will have a supporting role managing the relationship with assigned MTN operations and interacting at various levels within the customer’s organization;
You coordinate the operational end-to-end implementation of agreements in order to ensure their fulfillment.
As a Team there is accountability for all issues in the domain of financial (billing, collection, disputes resolution), technical (dimensioning and configuration of the physical interconnection), legal (contracts) and administrative issues towards your assigned customers portfolio;
You share customer and market information and manage support staff in the relevant departments in BICS in order to improve overall efficiencies.
You have 1 to 3 year of professional experience, ideally in the international voice/mobile data wholesale in the Africa region;
You have a university degree preferably combined with a master in business;
You should have an ability to practice consultative selling, negotiation & communication, combined with strong analytical and decision making skills;
You like taking initiative, are highly motivated, prepared to travel and able to work independently.
You may have a successful experience in working with African mobile operators;
You speak fluently English and French.
