You perform the data collection and analysis of customer needs, market & competitive information in order to help build the sales pipe and maximize the sales opportunities across the globe;
You gather market, customer and competitive information around BICS and its full solution portfolio by searching on the web, tracking social media, exploring industry for identifying the relevant industry reports and maintaining an active relationship with the research firms;
You use your expertize to generate and analyze custom Salesforce and Qlikview reports and dashboards for management and various business unit personnel to provide detail information and analysis on key performance indicators;
You drive the compilation, analysis, briefing and mapping of this information in order to enable, through reports, presentations, market insights, executive summaries, the Market Intelligence platform, sales & product management to have a full overview of the market, our solutions and customers;
You analyse the competitive offerings (product portfolio, product details, positioning, company information and evolution, etc.) found through web channels, industry reports, industry events, competitive presentations, research firms and networking with internal stakeholders and industry influencers;
You map this analysed information against BICS’ portfolio and share it with Sales & Product Management through presentations, reports and the MI platform.
You have a Master degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferably in mobile telecom industry and/or wholesale communications;
You have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and you are accustomed to work in both large and small team environment ;
You possess comprehensive understanding of Salesforce business processes like Lead Management, Account Management and Enterprise collaboration tools e.g. chatter, newsletters and its implementation in the Sales and Marketing Cloud;
You have advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;
You are fluent in English, knowledge of French, Dutch or another international language is considered as an asset.
