Introduction
ARM is a global leader in the technology field and offers a world class environment in which enthusiasm, innovative ideas and new perspectives from high caliber graduates will be allowed to grow and develop.
Founded in 1990, ARM Holdings occupies a strategic position within the digital electronics industry as the world's leading semiconductor intellectual property (IP) company and is continually pushing the boundaries of technology and business model innovation.
ARM technology has enabled the shipment of nearly 20 billion ARM processor-based chips into a diverse range of digital electronic products, including more than 95% of mobile phones shipped today.  Through continual investment and development of a technology roadmap in both software and hardware, as well as the creation of a 700 company strong partner ecosystem, ARM technology can also be found in most consumer entertainment products ranging from eReaders, tablets, digital televisions, set-top boxes and digital still cameras through to car navigation systems.
This widespread adoption of ARM technology has been enabled through a partnership model and the future strength of ARM’s business is now underpinned by over 200 companies being able to design technology via the 600 processor licenses that have been sold.
ARM is a highly motivated, flexible and rewarding company in which to work, with creativity and diversity actively nurtured and encouraged.  Employees receive the support needed to develop and grow within the company and the freedom to work in their own unique way. ARM is epitomized by open communication and an informative and engaged management style with a relaxed working environment that extends to no formal dress code. At ARM, both individual and team contributions are recognised and celebrated.

Organisation
ARM offers a very wide IP portfolio to the market and is organized into several product divisions, each focused on delivering market leading technology roadmaps. The Media Processing Division (MPD) produces Graphics hardware and software products for mobile and embedded devices. The Mali™ range of Graphics Processors (GPUs) offers an advanced, programmable architecture for hardware acceleration of 2D and 3D graphics. Our flagship Mali-T604 GPU sets a new standard for graphics and compute performance, while continuing the ARM tradition of low-power consumption. Our GPU hardware is supported by high performance software drivers for OpenGL ES, OpenVG and OpenCL running on multiple different operating systems, including Android, Linux, Symbian and Windows CE. We also work closely with colleagues in the ARM Processor Division, the Physical IP Division and the System Design Division. In MPD you have a unique opportunity to work on cutting edge graphics and compute technology with a high achieving international team. If you would like to shape the future of mobile devices, this is the place to be!

Roles
ARM is seeking a range of talented and enthusiastic Graduates to join our engineering divisions, in either a hardware or software capacity.
From day one, you will be given real responsibility and will start working on live projects, where you will apply your existing knowledge and skills, and begin your developmental journey to becoming a first class ARM Engineer.
