The Lead Person's responsibilities include organizing and developing a team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Objectives that support TSE's mission to provide customers with product that meets their needs
•High School graduate or equivalent.
•Leadership skills and experience is required.
•Previous manufacturing experience in a team building or supervisory role is preferred.
•Project management skills helpful.
•Demonstrate team building and leadership skills.
•Demonstrate ability to lead Problem Solving Teams.
•Ability to communicate effectively.
•Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measuring instruments and special charts (SPC).
•Demonstrate an intermediate level of computer skills.
