Qualifications
Part Time: 24 hours per week Sat and Sun 7:00am to 7:00pm
Minimum Education Requirements: 2 years college education required
Minimum Skill Requirements: Good communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, de-escalate aggressive patients,type, be a team player, and have a can do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications: 6 months previous Mental Health experience
Duties
1. Provide and coordinate direct patient care. 2. Safely administer medications in compliance with hospital policy 3. Use CPM philosophy to obtain adequate data to initiate, implement and revise plan of care to meet patient, physician and family needs. 4. Interact well with other members of the health care team 5. Anticipate and take action to meet patient /family and visitor needs 6. Communicate appropriately. 7. Identify and considers all workable alternatives before making decisions. 8. Understand the impact of decisions on other organizational units. 9. Help others use reasoning and evidence rather than unsupported opinions 10. Actively maintains patient care workload with ability to multi task 11. Complete patient reports accurately and timely 12. Perform other duties as assigned
